Item 1. The first meeting of the Sub-committee on Other Claims (excepting the matter on art objects ) was held at 3 p.m. on December I at the Japanese Foreign Ministry. Both sides introduced their respective members of this Sub-committee at this meeting. Also it was agreed that the Sub-committee would follow the rules of procedure confirmed at the Opening Session of the Committee on Korean Claims. Next Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on December 10th.
Item 2. As the 2nd Session of the Sub-committee will be held on December 10th, early government instructions regarding the guiding principles for the negotiations at this Sub-committee would be highly appreciated and presence here soon of Messrs Lee Sang Duk and Yoo Chang Soon is deemed necessary.
