PROCEDURAL MATTERS FOR COMMITTEE MEETIMOS
1. Languages:
As to the languages to be used at committee meetings, both sides will follow the decision made at the second plenary session in regard to the languages.
2. Summary Record:
When necessary, the joint summary record of committee meetings will be made upon the decision by the Chief Members of both sides at each meeting.
The summary record will be drafted in English and will be initialed by the Chief Members of both sides.
3. Press release:
When necessary, press release on meetings of committees will be made upon the decision by the Chief Members of both sides at the end of each meeting.
Such press release will be made through the press officers of both sides designated at the second plenary session.
