MINISTRY'S ACTIONS FOR APPROVAL
1. To make representation to the U.S. Embassy in Seoul pursuant to the Oral Statement draft of which is attached herewith;
2. Soon after receiving U.S. reaction to the above representation, to instruct Ambassador Yiu to make representation to Japanese Foreign Minister by the Aide Memoirs draft of which is attached herewith;
3. To instruct our Delegation in Geneva to hand a copy of Ambassador Yiu's Aide Memoirs to the ICRC ;
4. To inform all mission chiefs of our position;
5. To notify the Japanese Government that we repatriate Japanese fishermen who served out their sentences as of the date of Ambassador Yiu's representation to the Japanese Government.
