At our request U.S. embassy contacted Japanese Foreign Office yesterday and confined latest development in deportation issue. Embassy official in charge also told us that U.S Minister in Geneva has been requested to approach ICRC to prevent signing of deportation agreement by Japan and puppets before ICRC decision.
In view of above situation it is recommended that our delegation in Geneva be instructed to contact U.S.A. Minister there to make joint effort in hurry.
