SUBJECT : Consultation with our Delegation
Mr. Huh Chung, our chief delegate to the 4th Korea -Japan talks, recommended by cable that Ambassador Yiu and Mr. Chang Kyung Keun make a trip to Seoul for consultation with the Government.
In the Ministry's view, however, it is advisable that Mr. Huh will make the trip to Seoul, accompanied, if necessary, by Ambassador Yiu.
If Your Excellency approve it, the Ministry will instruct Mr. Huh and Amb. Yiu to
