Strictly confidential. Professor Guggenheim, eminent international lawyer, told me that the case of deportation can be taken up at Hague International Court under Article 35 of Court's Statute and also interim measure can be requested at the time of application.
Japan may refuse to appear to court. In this case burden on refusing judicial settlement at Hague Court will rest in Japan. If the Government interested, will further consult Guggenheim.
