KOREANS DENOUNCE THAILAND PERSECUTION OP VIETNAMESE NATIONALS

The chairman of the central committee of the Korean Red Cross Society, Pak Ki Ho, today denounced the Persecution of Vietnamese nationals in Thailand by the Thailand authorities and their attempt to deport them forcibly to South Vietnam. He expressed full support for the statement on this issue by the Red Cross society of the D.R.V.
In messages to the Red Cross societies of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and Thailand Pak Ki Ho said that the question of sending back these Vietnamese nationals in Thailand must be settled by negotiations between the Red Cross Societies of vietnam and Thailand according to International practice and humanitarian principle and on the basis of respecting the legal rights and free will of the Vietnamese nationals in Thailand.
