After receiving the letter comtaining the White Paper on the Korea-Japan relations sad the news release based on that I studied the material very carefully and made some corrections sad finally mimeographed thee here for wide distribution with my personal letter.
Enclosed is a list of the persons to whom they were sent for background material as well as our views toward solving this very urgent problem.
Your Exoellency will note that I have sent a personal letter rather than an impersonal one in order to make it more effective.
Already I have received a tremendous of replies, especially from senators of the United States saying that they were very mach interested in the problem end were glad to get the information.
