The Government of the Republic of Korea calls to your attention the enclosed material: A "White Paper" entitled "The Korean View of Japan's Scheme to Deport Korean Residents in Japan " and a press release based thereon.
This issue is a highly important one involving the peace and security of Northeast Asia, and, therefore, is of vital consequence to both Korea and the United States.
My Government expresses the hope that you may find the time to examine the enclosed documents and to take cognizance of our position.
We are firmly convinced that once the peoples of the Free World come to understand the facts, they will join with us in protesting the attempt to deport Korean citizens to Communist slavery.
